PROC Precompiler End of Support

Hello,

I wonder i PROC precompiler is still supported and not deprecated in Oracle Database 19.x or later?

We recently add a compilation issue after linux update (gcc libraries), and we had to do a trick as a workaround.

Could you please give me information about end of support of this component?
