Issue with Patching Oracle Client 19 Client. Patch - 34419443

Hello,

Environment:

RedHat 7 ,64bits

Oracle Data Base 19c (patching from 19.16 - 19.17)

Patch:

p34419443_190000_Linux-x86-64.zip

When attempting to apply patches to 19c Oracle Client environment with Opatch, patch apply failed with the following message:

On the Oracle DB the same patch has installed correctly.

Info from opatch.log


What is strange that after doing rollback to previous patch level (33806152_Apr_4_2022) the situation repeats. I can't install any patch neither from July nor October.

Could you please support?
