Unable to see the Form Extensions Manager panel

Hi all,

I'm in 9.2 (TR 9.2.4.3). I've developed a form extension in the past, shared and promoted to production. Now, I need to modify it, but when I open the app/form and click on Form Extension icon, the right panel never shows up. Do you know why it does not allow me to see the panel and do a reservation of that object? I tried adding the UDO to the open project, with and without the token, but it doesn't work. The UDO security is *PUBLIC.
