Failed to perform Insert for F986113

Hello community team,

we notice the following message on UBE SUBSYSTEM KERNEL and some times on CALL OBJECT KERNEL is this message to warry about? and if it a problem how we can solve it. No changes perform on system recently and we are in 9.2.5.5 32bit tools release.
