Service Billing Profile LOV in a Sales Order

Hi team,

we are trying to create a sales order with a service item for which the Service Billing Option (in the service tab) we have selected is 'Full Billing from Service Contracts'. But while selecting the Billing Profile, we are not able to see any values, i.e LOV is empty.

Can anyone let us know about the setup that is required to get values in the Service Billing Profile LOV. Please see the below Screenshot.
