BI Publisher rtf Version Control History?

Hello Mentors,

Similar to how we have Specs Repository P98780H and we can download the specs anytime the Object was Checked-In in the past, do we have similar version control for our rtf BI Publisher Templates that we upload?

Actual scenario is somebody say has uploaded a new version of rtf and uploaded to DV until PD. How do we recover our previous version of rtf template?
