Enabling Online Patching step during upgrade to 12.2 from 12.1.3

We are in the process of upgrading our 12.1.3 to 12.2 and are following the Upgrade guide Release 12.0 and 12.1 to 12.2 Part No. E73540-09. We are currently stuck at the "Enabling Online Patching" Step 4 - "Apply the latest Oracle E-Business Suite Online Patching Readiness and GSCC Report Patch".

According to the upgrade guide it suggests to follow "Using the Online Patching Readiness Report in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID: 1531121.1)" for applying the patch.

The MOS 1531121.1 lists the following patches:

You need to start by identifying and applying the correct Online Patching Readiness and GSCC Report patch for the codelevel from which you are upgrading.
