Hello,

We are submitting second version of budget in projects costing module. Screen is the Budgets. We have custom program that triggers workflow to send approval notification to Fixed Asset Manager. Since yesterday workflow is not sending approval notification when we submit budget revision. After submission we see error message as shown below. Can you please help to understand what is the reason for it?
