Procurement Operations - Cycle Time - Notify and Add to Watch List Actions

Hello,

We are on Image 40, PT 8.59.03. We implemented several tiles from Procurement Operations. There are three Cycle Time tiles which include an Actions column in the results.

The Actions offered are: Notify and Add to Watch List.

The Notify option opens a window to send an email but doesn't provide a method to lookup email addresses and does not provide a link to the document. This is inconsistent with the Notify function on POs for example.

Add to Watch List is not finding a supplier to add. What is the purpose of this option?
