Process Semi-Monthly Absence Calendars w/Entitlements only Once per Month
We currently have almost all our employees on a monthly payroll, who get paid at the end of each month but we are investigating migrating these monthly employees to a semi-monthly payroll which is significant endeavor on its own.
We currently close one monthly absence calendar and open the next one around the 20th of each month. Therefore, the employee's entitlements are only done once per month and any dockage only goes to Payroll once per month.
When we move to a semi-monthly payroll calendar, the business would like to send dockages to payroll semi-monthly but only process entitlements once per month (on the second semi-monthly payroll). Some of our entitlements are based on the number of days worked each month which works great for a monthly pay cycle.
