How to enable the punchout categories in Oracle Procurement ?

Hi,

We have configured a supplier for pucnhout. The items categories are mapped in Orale with the UNSPC code provided by the supplier.

Say the category is end dated in Oracle some years back and the buyer who is new and not aware of this is trying to place an order for this category. He ends up in punchout error saying category not configured for purchasing.

I am new to Procurement and He requests to enable them now. But when I try to enable the category through e-commerce gateway I'm unable to enable it. What could be the issue ?
