LD_LIBRARY_PATH in oracle linux 8 - weblogic 12c

Trying to run a report from my application ( F&R) via a form, I get an error message: FRM-47700 Failed To Start The JVM. My environment is LInux 8 and WebLogic 12.2.1.4 . In my environment the LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable is empty. With what values do I have to set up this variable?
