Payroll Gross Up Element

Hello,

Is it possible to create a gross up element that will also withhold taxes as well as 401(k) to obtain a specific net pay? I currently have a gross up element for just taxes.

Management would like to give a whole Plant grossed up bonuses that net a certain amount. The union contract says all earnings are 401(k) eligible.

We're using Oracle EBS 12.2.10

Any help is appreciated.
