How to understand setup version from extracted and renamed setup.

Hello

Presently we are installing oracle12.2c, oracle 19c and oracle21c server x64 windows.

If somebody already extracted these setup zip files and given them numbers say 1, 2 & 3, how do I make sure that what setup I am installing via code like scripts or c# exe, is the required version of oracle server setup?
