Job Cost's Profit Recognition w/ 6-digit Object Accounts

Has anyone been able to use Job Cost's Profit Recognition with 5- or 6-digit object accounts? I know Oracle has the documented note that this is not supported, and there is Enhancement Bug Request 10941115: "ALLOW 5 OR 6 DIGIT OBJECTS". I wondered if anyone is using this despite Oracle's warning. Thank you in advance!
