Replicate CloudSql (Mysql 8 on GCP) to oracle database 11.2.0.4 (on prem) via Oracle Goldengate

Good Morning, I need to know if is it possible create a replication, with oracle Goldengate 19 or higher, between cloudsql (mysql 8) on GCP (source database) and oracle rdbms 11.2.0.4 On prem (target database)?
