Item availability is not displaying Qty Available when there is Onhand Qty

in Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC) 6 commentsAnswered

PO was recd/then reveresed - F43121 shows Match Type =4 OV#9996. batch was posted and then Rcpt was re-recd Isee another rec in F43121 w a Match type = 1 OV#9997, the item ledger has the in, out, in amount so the QOH is correct, why is the Qty available blank. Please advise, do we have a report that will help get the Qty to show available.
