System configuration for setting up a sandbox env

Hi All,

We are planning to set up a sandbox env for training purpose. We wish to install Siebel Tools, Application server, Web/Gateway server and Oracle database on a windows machine.

siebel version: IP17

Max number of users: <10

Need your advise on what system configuration shall we have for this purpose.
