Filter out ORA-03137 from Cloud Control 13.4.0.7 Incident Manager
Sometimes end-users try to connect using old Oracle client and tools, so ORA-03137 (malformed TTC packet from client rejected) appears in alert.log and in Cloud Control Incident Manager. I know how to filter out certain ORA- errors from Monitoring Templates "% Alert Log Error" metrics using a regexp string, but it still appears in Incident Manager - it caught by another metric called "Generic Incident":
And I cannot filter out any incident(s) from this metric - it has no "Metric Collection Properties" input field where you can put a regexp string:
Any other option to filter out some annoying ORA- errors ?
