DMAAI 4220 Nnot working

We are on JDE 9.1

We are trying to use DMAAI 4220 to split Material, Labor, burden in the G/L and are getting an error on sales update saying an entry for the Company, Doc Type, and GL Class Code is missing even though it is there.

All the entries are there in DMAAI for Company, Doc Type, GL Class and cost components.

The part has been costed and there are frozen cost components

The "Use Product Cost Detail" option is checked in the branch plant setup

Flex accounting is also checked off in R42800
