Sales Order - Auto Populate fields

Hi All,

I want to populate following fields for a particular transaction type ( Example - TT) for particular Org only ( Example - O) whenever a sales order is created for any customer.

1-Shipping Method = SM

2-Freight = FR

3-FOB = FB

Please suggest different ways ( Setup) to achieve this.
