12.1.3 cloning - always defaults back to browser from jws

R12.1.3 and we enabled Java Web Start some time ago in Production but I find everytime I run a clone operation I have to remember to go in and set 's_forms_launch_method' back to jws after like it is not retaining that value from prod. Any reason why? I run adautocfg.sh as part of the cloning process amongst other things and all good except for that setting. Is it still set on the prod system somewhere other than the $CONTEXT_FILE that is coming across?
