Auxiliary Dimensions not working for Territory Assignments in Sales Lead Record


Problem Description

---------------------------------------------------

We have Enabled a Customer Auxiliary (Auxiliary 2) for a Custom Territory Dimension (Account Type)

That currently works for Accounts and Opportunity Records (Territory Assigned Accordingly using Run Assignments).

But it’s not being recognized when using this as a Territory Dimension for Leads Record.


In Manage Sales Lead Assignment Objects, we configure Mapping Set 1 (under Sales Lead > Sales Lead Territory Candidates)

Enabling Auxiliaries 1-3, following the default attribute mapping:

Aux1 = Auxiliary Classification Code 2

Aux2 = Auxiliary Classification Code 1

Aux3 = Auxiliary Classification Code 3


*Aux1-3 are also Enabled for Mapping Set 4 & 5
