Icons Not Displaying in Custom oaf page like Home and Favuorites afterupgrade

Hi


After upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.29 version ,icons ljke home,favourites noot displaying in the oaf page. When we zoom in or zoom out we are able to see the icons. We are not able see the details when default page opened. Please help us to resolve the issue
