SRTP Not sending SDP messages

We are attempting to connect our SBC to a 3rd Party SBC using TLS and SRTP. We are not seeing and SDP headers in our INVITE messages to the 3rd party. So we are not able to get the calls established. Any assistance in getting SRTP working would be greatly appreciated.
