Error while Installing Database 19c

in Database Administration (MOSC) 5 comments

Hi, I am trying to install the Oracle Database 19c on windows server 2016. Before that my server had 12c release 2. I have uninstalled that and trying to install 19c from past week.


I am facing the error as

Error while executing " C:\app\primaveraadmin\product\19.0.0\dbhome\rbmssml.sql. Refer to "C:\app\primaveraadmin\cfgtoolslogs\dbca\orcl\dbmssml0.log" for more details. Error in Process: C\app\Promaveraadmin\product\19.0.0\dbhome\perl\bin\perl.exe


Here is the log file

I have set the ORACLE_BASE = C:\app\primaveraadmin

ORACLE _HOME=C:\app\primaveraadmin\product\19.0.0\dbhome

PATH=C:\app\primaveraadmin\product\19.0.0\dbhome\bin
