Issue Siebel Tomcat Process in siebel application server

We are seeing that the tomcat process in siebel application servers are going down. At this point, orders are going to pending state and facing huge financial loss.


The question is even if the tomcat process goes down in the application server, the orders should not be affected. What could be the reason for this.


Orders are failing when the tomcat server goes down in EAI Application servers.


Siebel Version is IP 22.4
