DB Upgrade to Multitenant Architecture (19c)

Dear Experts,

We're managing 11g, 12c version databases with standard architecture (Single Instance DB). and planning to upgrade existing databases to 19c Multitenant Architecture.

1) What are the considerations before upgrade the DB to 19c Multitenant ?

Few Databases with ASM (19c GRID) and databases are 12c Versions

RAC Databases 11g and GRID version is 18c
