"PS-PJ Schedule Expert" project permission for one of my scheduler, she can not delete activities

Hello,

I have my scheduler in OPC with Project Permission Set "PS-PJ Schedule Expert". Double checked to see if she has Baseline and Current schedule deletion rights under Global admin. She does.

However, she gets an error message trying to delete activities. Unable to delete activities. On my side, as an administrator, I can delete her activities.

What are we missing here?
