Getting "PRGH-1153 : RHPHelper call to get running.." error while patching DB with 19.12

Hi

First of all apologies is this is redundant since we had an earlier post / question on patching ODA 19.8 with 19.12 but since we accepted one of the answers as "accepted" for the other issue we were not sure if that post would be visible anymore and would get updated

Anyways, we are patching our X7-2s with 19.12 (from 19.8) and everything went smoothly but the last step (DB Patching) failed with this error

"DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: PRGH-1153 : RHPHelper call to get runing nodes failed for DB: "qab02"..

The pre-patch ran fine

What could be the reason? should we retry the db patch update with "-f" flag?
