Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possible to Cancel the Closed Return Sales Order, Retrun order AR credit memo is not created

Sales order value and Return order value is not equal. So the system not generating the credit memo.

So we plan to cancel the order, Is it possible to Cancel the Closed Return Sales Order?
