AME Approval Issue.

Hi team,

We have serial hierarchy based on Job_name.

We have added New DOA on 2nd Dec, 2022, where we have added one person as a reviewer before Job_Name - R10.

Functionality is working fine now but the issue is system is generating hierarchy again from inception for the PR's which were created before 2nd dec, 2022.
