Approver was end dated at the time when employee submitted timecard. So the workflow was failed with error-

ORA-20001: System Error: Procedure hxc_find_notify_aprs_pkg..hr_supervisor_approval at Step 30 And no self service login for supervisor error in workflow

I got Doc ID 331141.1 in Oracle support for similar case but employee is not able to edit the timecard which is having issue.

What can be done in this case?
