Need visibility for error out transmission for business user

Client has only on domain which includes all the business (more than 10), since there are many objects transmission getting error out in OTM, each business wants have visibility for error out transmission to take proactive action.


Please let me know if we can achieve this or any functionality, we can provide to each business users.
