Essbase 21.4.0.0 on prem - known issues when installing on top of 21.3.2.0 (on prem, Windows 2019)?

I faced instability of single instance Essbase deployment when applying 21.4.0.0 on top of 21.3.2.0 (on premise, OS: Windows 2019):

Service terminates during a dataload (after a couple of seconds) - this is reproducable every time.

Did apply these patches in the order they are listed below:

Java: p18143322_1800_MSWIN-x86-64.zip (from _331 -> _351)

WLS: 93809538 p34653267_122140_Generic.zip

Coherence: 19723572 p34545596_122140_Generic.zip

ADF: 36865171 p34535558_122140_Generic.zip

Essbase: p33460488_214000_MSWIN-x86-64.zip

Anyone faced the same issue?
