Is any way to config ords using EST in stead of UTC time in the ords log?

Our OS and Oracle rdbms all configure to EST. how ever the ords log always show UTC time. Is any way at starting of ords to specify a parameter to ords logging in EST time?

We use stand alone ORDS mainly for APEX.
