Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Not able to add role to access Extensions Manager - Oracle® Fusion Applications CRM Extensibility Gu

Hi All,

We are exploring options to migrate our custom objects and attributes from the test environment to the Production environment.

We are following the document found in ORacle: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E36909_01/fusionapps.1111/e20388/F1071034AN2BC69.htm#F1072297AN2BFBF

But not able to add the below roles mentioned in the document:

CRM Extensibility Administration Duty

CRM Metadata Management duty

Please help us to know how to add these roles and access Extensions Manager to perform the migration activity.
