Expedited Reqs - Staged Rows completed with error

Our Buyers almost exclusively use Expedite to create POs. At times, a Req "disappears" and a PO is not created. The Buyers are not reviewing the Process Monitor Message Log for every single expedited req. Other than searching for problems using Sourcing Workbench is there an automated system level solution for notifying Buyers when errors occur?
