Error on Fat Client Package Install

Upon selecting the approved full package on the fat client I get an error message, upon inspecting the logs I find the following issues:

 No DB type found in inf file

Package validation failed. The selected package LT920FA has its specs built in a remote database; however, the full package already installed has its specs built in the local database. Please select another package.
