Will ESU JN20113 install address the Year 2022 form 1099 MISC & NEC changes

Since the Dec 7 advisor webcast mentioned that the 1099 ESU for 2022 is not yet available, but the Doc ID 2388271.2 link mentions ESU JN20113 as applicable to 9.2 1099 2022 processing. Do we need to apply this ESU as well the forthcoming TBD ESU for the Year 2022 form 1099 MISC & NEC changes to be reflected correctly via the P04515 (Write Media) program options for 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC?
