GoldenGate v19.1 ALTER EXTRACT using LSN as starting point

I am using GoldenGate for DB2 z/OS v19.1 running on RHEL and trying to ALTER an Extract as part of a server migration activity to pick up on the new server from the position in the DB2 log that I stopped the Extract on the old server to ensure no data loss

Steps were:

1) Stop Extract and Data pumps on old server and capture Log Read Check point date, time and LSN

2) Define the net new Extract and Data pumps on new server

3) via ggsci, did a dblogin to the source DB2 system and issued several variations for the ALTER command (with commas, without commas, with the data/time, without and all failed with
