Fluid Requisitions - Authorization Error - Punchout getting cart items back to PeopleSoft

Hi Team,

Users having PeopleSoft Administrator role are able to checkout the cart items back to Fluid Requisition Checkout page. Other users are getting when trying to Checkout.

Authorization Error -- Contact your Security Administrator

Can you please let us know if additional security changes are needed for a requestor to checkout a market place requisition to land Requisition Checkout page successfully ?
