How to buy Premier Support

Hello,

Would anyone please let me know how can I order (buy) an Oracle Premier Support.

Currently we are Oracle Principal partner and doesn't have access to some of the patches in Oracle Support. As I read the documents, I found that in order to have access to those patches, we should buy Premier Support.

But As I checked the Oracle website, I found no data on how to buy it.

Appreciate if anyone can assist.
