asr register fails with SSL handshake error

Installed ASR manager 22.1.0 on RHEL8 (x86_64) server successfully and all services are running, but "asr register" fails after requesting Oracle SSO account info. The error from asr.log is: "Registration failed. javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure". I am using a ZScaler proxy (non-authenticated) to connect. I am running openssl-1.1.1k-7.el8_6.x86_64 and java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.352.b08-2.el8_7.x86_64. Initially, both 'curl' and 'wget' were also failing to connect to "https://transport.oracle.com/v1/", but after modifying the 'openssl.cnf' file (more accurately, /usr/share/crypto-policies/FUTURE/opensslcnf.txt) and adjusting the 'CipherString' entry to include AES128, and changed "@SECLEVEL=2", both 'curl' and 'wget' connections are now successful to "
