CWB Final Approver (using AME) defaults to approved

Hi,

I (well, my developer) have succeeded in getting the AME approvals hierarchy working as required - using custom SQL functions to determine the approvers at the various levels.

EXCEPT - the final approver defaults to approved. When the second to last approver submits for approval, the final approver gets a notification as expected, but when she opens the page it shows all tasks as read only with the Approval task 'ticked' as done. In the summary it shows that the allocations are submitted - but not approved.

Any ideas what could be causing this issue?
