Network issues in OLVM 4.4

I have upgraded my environment from OLVM 4.3 on Oracle Linux 7 to OLVM 4.4 on Oracle Linux 8. I have had no end to network problems. The implementation is on my production network, VLAN1. I have had issues when adding other VLANS to VLAN1 in the GUI where my production network "flaps" causing continuous outages on any server connected. I am now experiencing a problem when doing a simple upgrade from the GUI in OLVM where the host will get to the point in the boot where it configures the network and causes continuous outages on any server in
