How are others handling the administration of Paid Family Medical Leave
Good Afternoon!
Oregon is going to be implementing paid leave for employees. Outside of the payroll deduction, I am curious to know how other organizations are addressing the administration pieces of this. Is this something that EBS can even do? How are people tracking the usage of FMLA and now OPFMLA. Trying to determine if we need to go outside of EBS for this if we can utilize functionality that we already have and may not be using.
