Add URL link into Item Help window

Hi all, don't know wether this message is posted in the correct category.

I'd like to know if it would be possible to add insert a URL link (similar to Advanced Options) into the Item Help window application linked to many DD item glossary allowing user to open application giving dedicated assistance

Because it's tough to change DD glossary on Fat client and then deploy changes into different path code.

Or second possibility, is it possible to mass change DD glossary ? (which table/process..)
