Purge Data in EBS application based on Org_ID

We have a customer who has around 70 organization units. In one particular environment customer wants to have data of only one organization unit and remove/purge/delete of all the remaining Organization units. We have individual module based purge program in Oracle.

Is there any way, we can retain data of only 1 org unit and purge/delete data of remaining org units.

Any help or pointers is great help.
