RTF template Font Embedding in PDF output from EBS

Hi experts,

I created a RTF template using BI Publisher extension on Microsoft Word. This template is uploaded to Oracle EBS XML Publisher and we are using this template to print PDFs. The font used in the template is "Verdana".

We want to share this PDF with another team for printing and they requested that they need embedded fonts in the PDF output to do this.

Can anyone let me know how this can be done?
